This coming Tuesday a New Cookbook is released, Third Thursday Community Potluck Cookbook by Nancy Vienneau published by Thomas Nelson a subsidiary of Harper Collins. http://www.thomasnelson.com/the-third-thursday-community-potluck-cookbook.html
To say that it is an honor to do the photography for a new cookbook author is an understatement. She might be a new cookbook author, but Nancy Vienneau is no stranger to the food community here in Nashville, in fact she has been around for sometime, owning a catering company called a Matter of Taste Fine Catering, working in our community with Second Harvest Food Bank also her writings have appeared in Alimentum, the Literature of Food, a weekly column for the Tennessean, Relish Magazine and of course on her blog, Good Food Matters. http://nancyvienneau.com/blog/
What make this cookbook different from others is the love of community, a group of friends that have known each other for a long time or the new faces that are just becoming aquatinted with this way of thinking, gathering together and sharing not only there recipes but also a bit of there lives.
I would like to thank Nancy for allowing me to be apart of this cookbook. Also I would like to thank Food Stylist Teresa Blackburn for all of her guidance during our days of shooting, and to Heather Skelton of Thomas Nelson for giving me the opportunity.
Cheers!
