The American Farmer

Hello. I am starting a new series called “The American Farmer.” As a food and travel photographer I have been fortunate to meet and photograph many of our farmers and offer a unique look of the human side of where our food comes from–the life blood of our nation if you will.

Traveling through my archives I have pulled together some of the images from my favorite trips. I have always been drawn to the family farmer and their role in what makes this country run. I find that what’s old is new again, as I meet sons and daughters helping to build second and third generation farms with an emphasis on making a difference in what we grow and how it’s grown.

I will be on the road again soon and will be sharing more images in the coming months. If you know someone I should be visiting please share their names in a comment. Thanks so much.
