So last week Relish Magazine sent me on a food tour of a dairy in California that was sponsored by the California Milk Advisory Board. I remember when I was about 9 years old going to a dairy were I lived in Atlanta and thinking to my self that raising cows for milk would be such a great job. Oh the mind of a child never realizing how hard a job that would actually be and all that would go into it. Feeding,watering, and making sure they stay healthy and meeting all the rules and regulations that the government. Milking them is the least of your chores.
